This 6-week class teaches mindfulness meditation and offers group support. A book and guided audio aides your day-to-day progress during and after the course. Each group consists of around 10-15 participants. The first half of class is mindfulness meditation practice, including the body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, and gentle yoga. The second half of class will include short talks on different aspects of mindfulness and discussion on how to apply mindfulness in daily life.
